who owned and managed House of India in St.Louis from 1994 to August 2005. Flavor of
India is a labor of love for its owners who take great pride in brining an

At flavor of India we know that nutrition food and good health are closely
linked. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to make our
individually prepared meals both tasty and wholesome. Our dinner menu offers a
wonderful huge selection of vegetables, chicken, lamb, shrimp, fish, lobster
and specially grilled entrees and freshly baked bread from Tandoor (Indian Clay
oven), which are low in fat and cholesterol.
Our lunch Buffet is a great way to explore served varieties of Indian Food. We
present a different selection everyday with a large variety of vegetarian and
non-vegetarian dishes including appetizers, salad and desserts.
